Would you like to have a larger reach with an arm support? Assistive Innovations has developed a new arm support with longer links, so you can reach further while your arm is being supported. The larger reach of the iFLOAT Active – that is the name of the new arm support – enables you to get things you would normally not be able to reach. Very handy for example when you are working at a desk or you are on your way in a wheelchair.

Besides longer links and more reach, the iFLOAT Active also has a robust look and the amount of support can be set effortlessly by hand. Like our other arm supports, the iFLOAT Active can be mounted on a table, wheelchair, or triple chair easily.

Are you looking for an arm support that provides extra support for your elbow? Then maybe we can be of assistance. Assistive Innovations actually has an alternative arm brace that provides additional support thanks to its unique shape and ‘safety net’.

Rehacare 2019 - We are already looking forward to next year's edition!

We’ve checked out of our hotelrooms, ironed our blue shirts and hung them back in the closet and arrived home save and sound. We’re looking back on a successful Rehacare edition with a lot of pleasant meetings, good conversations and of course a lot of assistive devices.

We introduced the iFLOAT NG Dynamic prototype at last years Rehacare. This years we had no less than five iFLOAT NG arm supports in various setups available at our stand. Our goal was to people to experience the new dynamic arm support and we definitely succeeded. The iEAT Eating devices and iARM Robotic arm received much attention also. Add that to the many positive reactions to our new promotional material and stand setup and it is not difficult to see why the Rehacare was a success for us! Only 7 more days and we'll be off to Karlsruhe in Germany for REHAB 2019! This year's expo will be a lot of fun and bit exciting, because we will be introducing our newest arm support: the iFLOAT NG Dynamic.

And as if that only isn't enough, we will also hand out exlusive, limited edition pin buttons to everyone that tries the new dynamic arm support!
